We are a Hot Yoga Studio located on Route 6A in East Dennis above the Post Office! Whether you have a long term practice or just starting your yoga journey, our classes are for all levels. We offer Hot Power Yoga, 26+2 (Bikram) and specialty workshops. Come upstairs— embrace the healing Infrared Heat and embark on a yoga practice that transforms the mind, body and spirit. And yes, it’s HOT. 💛😎☀️
Updated cancellation and no show policy as of August 2026:
Please cancel your reservation at least 45 minutes before class. Cancellations made within 45 minutes of class start, or failure to attend without canceling, will incur a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee and loss of class credit. Highly recommend downloading the Momence app to manage your class schedule.
