    Robyn Enck

My love for yoga began in 2013 with a 21 day challenge at a local studio in New Smyrna Beach FL where we lived at the time. I was hooked after about day 3, the physical practice was the shift I noticed first, and it all evolved from there. Over time I grew closer to myself and felt a connection I had not in the past. My whole life began to shift as my thoughts shifted. I learned extremely valuable lessons about myself and truly began my authenticity journey in my practice.

I completed my 200hr YTT course in 2017 at Kula Yoga and started teaching shortly after. In 2019 we moved back to cape cod where I grew to raise our children here and I slowly found my yoga tribe on the Cape. I enjoy heated power yoga and believe strongly in the practice as a healing tool for those interested in meeting themselves and joining the life long journey inward. Yoga is forever growing my life and always meets me right where I’m meant to be.

  • Generally, it is between 95 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit during class with humidity between 40-70.

  • Infrared heat is believed to have several advantages over traditional heat sources for the body. Unlike conventional heating methods that primarily warm the air, infrared heat directly penetrates the body's tissues and muscles. This deep penetration can help increase blood circulation, improve flexibility, and aid in the elimination of toxins. Additionally, the gentle warmth of infrared heat is often perceived as more comfortable and soothing compared to regular heat. It can promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the overall yoga experience.

Infrared heats the body from the inside out - which is how our bodies naturally warm in order to heal and circulate. Forced hot air heats our bodies from the outside in.
