“Talia is a pro. She is the perfect blend of knowledge and humor. I was fortunate to work with her 1:1 and her words were encouraging, affirming, and always just right. Her actions in life and the studio match in integrity and vibration. Her frequency is high. To be her student (and friend) is a privilege. She has a knack for making everyone feel amazing.”

“Talia has that rare but essential trait known to the best yoga teachers in that she has both a strong foundation of, reverence for, and commitment to traditional sequencing yet always creates space to allow for flow and discovery in the process. Taking a class with Talia is not just a body and mind strengthening exercise but a beautiful way to add light, empowerment, and good ole fashioned fun to your everyday. Talia's soothing personality and honed yoga practice make for a combustible force that sprinkles sparks of light to all who have the pleasure of taking her class.”

“Talia classes are upbeat, grounded and fun. She brings the heat, not only externally but internally. Her ability to motivate you to light your own internal fire is inspiring. My absolute favorite part of her classes is when she says "so good" during the most difficult poses. Her ability to stay present and aware of her students the whole time really make you forget your in a room full of other people.”

“I gotta say, when I took your virtual beginner's yoga a couple years ago, it went so much better than I could have anticipated going into it as a newbie to the art. You were so kind, funny, inviting and non-judgmental. You helped put my own anxious, critical part of self at ease. I now use the pre-recorded video series as my life has become hectic and making my own yoga schedule is working for me right now. Your vibrant energy, and truly your zest for life and growth is contagious. I gobble that up!!”

“What comes to mind first is your intuitive ways of bringing ones practice to the mat. I love how you speak to a pose and encourage with out coddle-ie-ab work (lol) offering space for the individual practice ... finding the edges... Secondly, I love how you teach as you instruct, giving explanation as to how and what the body holds on to and how to release what's stuck and what no longer is serving. Hopefully this helps-much more to share but I'II keep it here for now.”

“I have had the pleasure of taking many of Talia's classes over the past several years. Talia is not only an excellent yoga instructor, she is an amazing human being. Her knowledge of yoga coupled with her innate ability to create a safe, comfortable space has always enabled me to push myself physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout my yoga practice. Although she may be unaware of this, Talia has been an integral part of my healing journey as I navigate the many twists and turns life has presented. The love and energy she radiates is medicine. Namaste!”

“Being in your class is a gift. Your positive and supportive energy and wise words throughout class make it feel like more than a yoga class and more like a mind/body experience. As a participant we feed off of your love and support of all yoga brings into our lives and leave feeling mentally and physically better than when we entered the studio.”

Having dropped in on Hot Yoga East Dennis under Talia's guidance, I'm stoked to say it's a standout spot in this part of the Cape. Talia, both as a human and an instructor, brings a solid approach that suits a diverse crew of practitioners. The studio itself has the vibe and Talia's leadership is what makes it the place. Her teaching style is powerful yet graceful making it a smooth ride for both seasoned practitioners and those just starting out. And for those craving a little extra, the post-yoga cold plunge is a slick. Not everyone's cup, but it adds a twist to the experience, catching the attention of those searching for more than the typical yoga ride. To sum it up, Hot Yoga East Dennis, led by Talia, delivers a rad yoga experience. The studio's atmosphere and Talia's teaching style make it a good spot. Prepare for the tapas.

I am a 200 hour YTT teacher as well as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. I have attended yoga at studios all over the country and internationally. Talia has created a lovely studio for hot yoga. The vibe is serene. Her teaching style is supportive and nurturing. Her voice and presence is a total match for my desires for a teacher. I found home at Hot Yoga East Dennis

Doing yoga with Talia has had a tremendous effect on my body and mind. It’s only been about three months, twice weekly and I’m standing up straighter and my back is losing the curve it had from many years of working. I feel lighter, more engaged, energetic, and at the same time, peaceful. Talia’s words and energy as she guides me through that days’ practice is clearly defined and knowledgeable. She tailors my class on the needs of my body. Her words lull me into a state of calm meditation just focusing on my breath as I move through each pose. I’m up to three days a week now, and look forward to each class. I’m so grateful to have her (and my practice!) in my life.
