Event One

We hope to see you the last Sunday of this month from 6-7:30p for a 90 minute Hot Yin class with Talia accompanied by the lovely Norah Bourbon and her decadent soundscapes ⚡️Yin Yoga is a practice that includes specific passive poses that are held for an extended time, usually 4 to 6 minutes in the heat. We will focus on stillness and deliberate breathing.

This is a powerful and nurturing compliment to the Yang energy you may already practice through Bikram and Power Vinyasa which focuses on working your body’s muscle tissues- while Yin focuses on deeper connective tissues like tendons, fascia, and ligaments. No experience necessary. Pre register online
